Under section 78N(3) of the Education Act 1989, the Director of Education, Otago Southland, acting under delegated authority, amends the notice of appointment dated 8 October 2014 (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 October 2014, Issue No. 126, Notice No. 2014-go6324) and appoints

as the commissioner for the Waitaki Boys’ High School (365) Board of Trustees.

This notice takes effect on 28 January 2017.

Notice of Dissolution of the Papatoetoe Intermediate School (1428) Board of Trustees and Direction to Appoint a Commissioner

Under section 78N(1) of the Education Act 1989, the Papatoetoe Intermediate School (1428) Board of Trustees is now dissolved and I direct the Secretary for Education (or delegate) to appoint a Commissioner to replace the Board.

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.

This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
