Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar will be removing the above-named company from the Register on the grounds that the liquidator has completed his duties.
The liquidator has delivered the documents referred to in section 257 of the Companies Act 1993 to the Registrar.
Any objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar by 17 January 2017.

Notice of Direction to Require Screening
Pursuant to section 77B of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, this notice replaces and rescinds the previous Notice of Direction dated 6 July 2011 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 July 2011, No. 105, page 3075.
Believing on reasonable grounds that a security risk exists, I direct the Aviation Security Service as follows:
Interpretation
For the purposes of clarity, the following definitions apply:
Carry-on baggage means baggage and any other item that:
- is carried on to an aircraft by a passenger or crew member with the agreement of the operator; and
- remains in the custody of the passenger or crew member.
Hold baggage means baggage placed in the hold of the aircraft.
Maximum certificated passenger seating capacity for the purpose of this notice means the maximum passenger seating capacity according to the relevant Type Certificate Data Sheet for a particular aircraft type.
