Take notice that THE CLEANERS WAREHOUSE LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 1 December 2016 to be put into liquidation.
Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 1 December 2016 at 9.00am.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed 11 January 2017 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company, on 30 November 2016 at 10.52am, appointed Simon Dalton, chartered certified accountant, and Matthew Peter Kemp, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, as liquidators.
The undersigned does hereby fix 17 January 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
