Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("Act")

On 2 December 2016 at 12.00pm, the board of the society passed a resolution that the society be liquidated and Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Michael Lamacraft, insolvency practitioners, be appointed as liquidators.

A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243(8) of the Act.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 23 December 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.
