Pursuant to section 18AA of the Conservation Act 1987, Her Excellency The Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, as from the 28th day after the publication of this Order in Council in the New Zealand Gazette, be set apart as a sanctuary area subject to the Conservation Act 1987 and shall be named the Otawa Sanctuary Area.

Declaration That Land is Reserve and Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to sections 14 and 16 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Invercargill City Council hereby notifies that a resolution was passed by the Council on 27 May 2014 declaring the land described in the First Schedule to be recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act, and classifying the reserve described in the Second Schedule as recreation reserve.
