Pursuant to Regulation 14 of the Financial Markets Authority (Levies) Regulations 2012, the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) on 24 November 2016 granted a waiver of part of the FMA levy to i-Select Superannuation Scheme in respect of its Personal Plans funds.

New Zealand Transport Agency (Speed Limits on State Highways) Amendment Bylaw 2016/7

Pursuant to section 61(3) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, section 22AB of the Land Transport Act 1998 and the Land Transport Rule: Setting of Speed Limits 2003, the NZ Transport Agency hereby makes the following bylaw.

Bylaw

Title and commencement—This bylaw may be cited as the New Zealand Transport Agency (Speed Limits on State Highways) Amendment Bylaw 2016/7 and will come into force on and from 21 December 2016.
Amendment—The New Zealand Transport Agency (Speed Limits on State Highways) Bylaw 2010/10* is hereby amended by:

inserting line 1A in Schedule 1 to read:

“Line No.: 1A
Region: 1
SH No.: 1N
Locality: Pukenui North
Section of State Highway: From 625m north of Harbour View Road (North) to 80m south of Harbour View Road (South).
Speed Limit (km/h): 80
New Zealand Gazette Reference: 1 December 2016, Issue No. 112, Notice No. 2016-au6782”
Replacing line 2 in Schedule 1 to read:

“Line No.: 2
Region: 1
SH No.: 1N
Locality: Pukenui
Section of State Highway: From 80m south of Harbour View Road (South) to 425m north of Waterfront Road.
Speed Limit (km/h): 50
