We, Malcolm Russell Moore and Stephanie Beth Jeffreys, liquidators of COMPANY 611057 LIMITED (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at 152 Fanshawe Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation in terms of section 257 of the Act, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
