Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the above-named company commenced on 28 November 2016 at 9.00am, when the shareholders passed a resolution to appoint Brendon James Gibson and Neale Jackson joint and several liquidators in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
A certificate of solvency, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been completed by the directors.
The undersigned do hereby fix 16 December 2016 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
