Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that, by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named companies in accordance with section 122 of the Companies Act 1993, John Michael Gilbert was appointed liquidator of the companies on 16 November 2016 at 5.00pm.
The liquidator does hereby fix 20 December 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

On 24 November 2016, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the company be liquidated and that Kim S. Thompson, insolvency practitioner of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator hereby fixes 30 December 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title that they may have to priority, under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of LFH CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 24 November 2016 at 10.22am.
We fix 20 January 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
