Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 257(1)(a)(iii) of the Companies Act 1993 ("Act")
The liquidator reports that the above-named company is ready to be removed from the Register. Any creditor or shareholder may, in accordance with section 321 of the Act, object to the removal of the company from the Register by delivering to the Registrar, not later than 16 December 2016, an objection to the removal on one or more of the following grounds:
a. That the company is still carrying on business or there are other reasons for it to continue in existence;
b. that the company is a party to legal proceedings;
c. that the company is in receivership, or liquidation, or both;
d. that the person is a creditor, or a shareholder, or a person who has an undischarged claim against the company;
e. that the person believes that there exists, and intends to pursue, a right of action on behalf of the company under Part IX of this Act; or
f. that, for any other reason, it would not be just and equitable to remove the company from the Register.

Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993 ("Act"), and in the matter of KAPITI TELECOMMUNICATIONS (2000) LIMITED (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 318 of the Act, that:
a. It is intended that the above-named company be removed from the Register, under section 318(1)(e) of the Act, on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act.
b. Any objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than 21 December 2016.
c. Destruction of all remaining books and records of the company will occur 12 months from the date of completion of the liquidation unless notice is received from the Registrar requiring retention for a further period pursuant to section 256(2)(b) of the Act.
