Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes—Awanui Stream, Hastings District
Pursuant to section 20(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and vested in the Hawke’s Bay Regional Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Set Apart for a State Primary School—Ruatoria District
Pursuant to section 52(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice be set apart for a state primary school and be vested in Her Majesty The Queen on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
