Classification of Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve Form Part of the Whangamata Stream Scenic Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Operations Manager, Department of Conservation, Turangi, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Act, and declares that the reserve form part of the Whangamata Stream Scenic Reserve.
