Notice is hereby given that on 8 November 2016 at 10.37am, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that GUARDED LIMITED be liquidated and that Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both RITANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 8 December 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 1 November 2016, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be put into voluntary liquidation and that Richard Nicholas Ineson and Andrew James Brady, both chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint and several liquidators for this purpose.
The directors have signed a declaration of solvency.
The liquidation commenced on 1 November 2016.
