Circumstances: The dominant land has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of the subdivision of DPS 11643.

Land Transfer Act Notice
The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a drainage right easement.
The applicant claims the drainage right easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to remove the drainage right easement described below on 15 December 2016 if no objections have been received before that date.

Applicant: Nelson City Council, PO Box 645, Nelson 7010.
Easement: A drainage right easement to drain through the covered drain over part Lot 2 DP 244 marked "D–C" and "C–A" on DP 224 appurtenant to Lot 3 DP 475938, Lot 4 DP 475938, Lot 5 DP 475938 and Lot 6 DP 475938 created by Transfer 9350 – 12 September 1907 at 11.00am.
Circumstances: The covered drain was replaced with a 300mm diameter pipe in 1930 in a different location therefore water is no longer drained over the areas marked "D–C" and "C–A" on DP 224.

I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicant, under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below.
Such Computer Freehold Register may be issued unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 23 January 2017.
Application 10558990.1 by Woodend Beach Development Limited at Rangiora for an estate in fee simple in 0.1214 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Canterbury Land District under number LT 489211, being Part Rural Section 367 which is part of the land in Deeds Index C1 Folio 367, such land being all the land granted to Francis Fuller under Crown Grant 1182 recorded in 4D:83 on 18 October 1855 and subsequently conveyed by Deed of Conveyance 6946 17D:147 dated 30 July 1863 to John Morrell and in the same conveyance to Harry Bell Johnstone, who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
