On 7 November 2016 at 10.00am, a special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, was passed stating that the company be liquidated and Karen Betty Mason and Rachel Mason-Thomas, insolvency practitioners, be appointed as liquidators.
A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243(8) of the Act.
