NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 101 — 10 NOVEMBER 2016

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:

Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown; and
Pursuant to section 117(3)(b), declares the portion of stopped government road described in the Second Schedule to this notice is, further pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA77D/890, subject to limited access road in D574559.1, Mortgage 10584054.3, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
