Declaring a Conservation Area to be a Reserve and Vesting the Reserve in the Porirua City Council

Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Director Operations, Lower North Island Region, Department of Conservation, declares that the conservation area described in the Schedule be set apart as a recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and be classified as a recreation reserve for the purposes specified in section 17 of the Reserves Act 1977 and, pursuant to section 26 of the Reserves Act 1977, vests the reserve in the Porirua City Council.
