NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 101 — 10 NOVEMBER 2016
Pursuant to section 4 of the Commodity Levies Act 1990 and clause 11(2) of the Commodity Levies (Eggs) Order 2016, and on the recommendation of the 2016 Annual General Meeting of the Egg Producers Federation of New Zealand Incorporated, I hereby prescribe an annual levy of 36 cents per chick on the basis of the sale of chicks to producers by hatcheries during the year 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2017.
This notice will take effect on 20 December 2016.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 24 of the Financial Reporting Act 2013, that the New Zealand Auditing and Assurance Standards Board of the External Reporting Board has issued Amendments to Standards Issued by the NZAuASB: Annual Improvements 2016.
Amendments to Standards Issued by the NZAuASB: Annual Improvements 2016:
- is effective as of 15 December 2016; and
- is a disallowable instrument for the purposes of the Legislation Act 2012.
Copies of the standard may be inspected free of charge at the offices of the External Reporting Board (XRB), Level 7, 50 Manners Street, Wellington. Copies are also available on the XRB’s website at
www.xrb.govt.nz

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for motorway purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
