The owner of land adjoining the bank of the Wairoa River in the District of Tasman has applied to me to bring part of the dry bed of the Wairoa River under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue Computer Registers for it in their name.

Application: 10428392.1.
Applicant: Gregory Philip Chisnall, c/o Pitt & Moore, PO Box 3101, Richmond, Nelson 7050.
Land Applied for: 6846 square metres and 1.0239 hectares, more or less, shown as Lots 2 and 10 on LT Plan 485947, being part of the former bed of the Wairoa River adjoining Part Section 1 District of Waimea South, comprised in Computer Register NL1B/1326, and Lot 1 DP 18212, comprised in Computer Register 570527 in the District of Tasman.
I hereby give notice of my intention to bring the land applied for under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue titles for it in the name of the applicant unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 10 January 2017.
