Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the undersigned were appointed liquidators of the above-named company by a special resolution of the shareholders.
The liquidation commenced on 1 November 2016 at 10.30am.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts, and a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The undersigned do hereby fix 1 December 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
