Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the above-named company commenced on 28 October 2016 at 10.15am, when the High Court at Auckland appointed Neale Jackson and Grant Robert Graham joint and several liquidators in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The undersigned does hereby fix 25 November 2016 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
