Land Declared No Longer Required for Education Purposes

Pursuant to section 70A of the Education Act 1989, and pursuant to an authority delegated to me, I, Jerome Sheppard, Associate Deputy Secretary Education Infrastructure Service, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.

Notice

The land described in the Schedule to this notice is no longer required for education purposes.
This notice shall come into force on 4 February 2016.

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Under section 15 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Partnerships Manager, Auckland District, Department of Conservation, authorises the exchange of those parts of the scenic reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule, and further specifies that the land in the Second Schedule shall be held as scenic reserve for the purposes of section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977 and form part of the Warkworth Scenic Reserve.
