Notice of Vesting of Property Under Section 324 of the Companies Act 1993— Kede International Company Limited

I, Jeremy Salmond, Treasury Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 28 January 2016, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324(1) of the Companies Act 1993 with shares in the Hong Kong registered company All Field Full Limited.

The shares vested in the Crown following the removal of Kede International Company Limited from the Companies Register on 14 November 2006.

Notice That Game Rules for Class 4 Gambling Have Been Made

I, Catherine Elizabeth Anyan, Manager Operational Policy, Regulatory Services Group, Department of Internal Affairs, give notice that I have revoked the Gambling Act (Class 4) Game Rules 2006 and made the Gambling Act (Class 4) Game Rules 2016, pursuant to section 367 of the Gambling Act 2003.

The Gambling Act (Class 4) Game Rules 2016 take effect on 7 March 2016. The Gambling Act (Class 4) Game Rules 2006* are revoked on the same date.

Copies of the Gambling Act (Class 4) Game Rules 2016 may be obtained from the Department of Internal Affairs website
