Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of the above-named companies.

BELCHER INDUSTRIES LIMITED (in liquidation) was placed into liquidation by way of a creditors’ resolution at the watershed meeting held on 27 January 2016 at 11.44am, pursuant to section 239ABU(b) of the Companies Act 1993.

BELCHER HYDRAULICS LIMITED (in liquidation) was placed into liquidation by way of a shareholders’ resolution on 28 January 2016 at 1.35pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 4 March 2016 as the last day on or before which the creditors of the above-named companies can claim and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
