Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 14 August 2014, which was granted under those Regulations to David Hope in respect of Smarty Beans Early Learning Centre (46438), situated at 33 Salamanca Road, Thorndon, Wellington.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
