Revocation of Notices Under Section 24 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975
Pursuant to section 24(7) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, John Crawshaw, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Health, revoke the approval of the Lakes Opioid Treatment Service and medical practitioner issued under this section on 6 November 2014 (New Zealand Gazette, 6 November 2014, Issue No. 136, Notice No. 2014-go6741).
This revocation will take effect on 1 January 2016.

Amending a Notice—Appointment of Directors of Area Mental Health Services
Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Chai Chuah, Director-General of Health, issue the following notice, effective from 25 January 2016.

This notice shall be read together with the Appointment of Directors of Area Mental Health Services ("principal notice"), as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 October 2013, No. 143, page 3909.

Schedule 1 to the principal notice is amended in respect of the Auckland District Health Board by omitting the name and title
"Dr Clive Bensemann, psychiatrist, of Auckland"
and substituting the name and title
"Dr Gregory Scott Finucane, psychiatrist, of Auckland".
