Pursuant to sections 328(1) and 328(3)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, Murray Douglas Mills, of 279 Cambridge Avenue, Ashhurst, hereby gives notice that he intends to make a request to the Registrar to restore the above-named company to the Register on the grounds that it has not ceased trading.

If any person objects to the restoration of the company, they must give notice of objection to the Registrar on or before 12 February 2016.
