Notice is hereby given that, on 6 January 2016, Trevor Vicemar Rogers was appointed as receiver, under the powers contained in a signed debenture agreement dated 18 October 1986, of the property and undertakings of SIMPSON HOMES LIMITED.

On the same date John George Russell retired as receiver of the same property and undertakings of SIMPSON HOMES LIMITED.

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 4 January 2016, James Stewart, chartered accountant of Melbourne, Australia, and Ryan Reginald Eagle and Jim Sarantinos, chartered accountants of Sydney, Australia, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of DSE (NZ) LIMITED (in receivership and voluntary administration) under the powers contained in a general security deed dated 22 June 2015.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s present and after-acquired property and all personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in the future.

The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are at: Ferrier Hodgson, Level 13, Grosvenor Place, 225 George Street, Sydney, New South Wales 2000, Australia.
