Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 10 December 2015, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that WEIGH NEW ZEALAND LIMITED be liquidated and that Robin Winston Hargrave, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 10 December 2015.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 24 February 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
