David Sean Webb and John James Hill Larner, insolvency practitioners of PPB Advisory, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by order of the High Court at Auckland, subsequent to our appointment as joint and several interim liquidators of the company on 4 December 2015.
The liquidation commenced on 15 December 2015 at 1.00pm.

Notice is hereby given that as joint and several liquidators of the company, we fix 15 January 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
