- All references to the Grantor shall include his successors in title; and
- The Grantor may continue to have vehicle and pedestrian access across the Awanui North Feeder Drain on the Easement Land at the crossing points existing at the time of this agreement and any replacements thereof that may be authorised by the Grantee.
D. Where there is a conflict between the provisions of Schedule 4 to the Land Transfer Regulations 2002 and the modification by this notice to Schedule 4 to the Land Transfer Regulations 2002, the modification in this notice is to prevail on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Acquired for Use in Connection With a Road and Land Declared Road—State Highway 1, Russley Road, Christchurch City
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:
- Pursuant to section 20, and an agreement to that effect having been entered into, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be acquired for use in connection with a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette; and
- Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
