Pursuant to section 114(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be service lane and vested in the Napier City Council, and declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be a pedestrian accessway and vested in the Napier City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
