Vesting of a Freehold Interest in Reclaimed Land—Hatea River, Whangarei
Pursuant to section 39 of the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, I, Brian John Usherwood, Land Information New Zealand, declare that, an agreement having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice shall vest in John Kingsley and Helen Elisabeth Schwartfeger, subject to sections 10 and 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, and to the restriction on disposition of the freehold interest in the land imposed by section 44 of the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011 on the date of publication of this notice.

Revocation and Appointment to Control and Manage and Classification of a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Partnerships Manager, Department of Conservation, revokes the appointment of the St John Ambulance Association to control and manage the reserve, classifies the reserve to be a local purpose (emergency services) reserve and appoints the Tainui District Fire Party to control and manage the reserve on the land described in the Schedule below, with effect from date of publication.
