Amending a Notice—Declaration That Land is a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, I hereby amend the notice titled Declaration That Land is a Reserve, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 December 2015, Issue No. 132, Notice No. 2015-ln7122, by replacing
"subject to water and pipeline rights created by transfers 85397 and 91141 affecting Computer Freehold Registers HB81/138 and HBJ1/986"
in the first resolution with
"subject to water and pipeline rights created by transfers 85397 and 91141 affecting Computer Freehold Registers HB81/138 and HBL4/1130".

Easement Acquired for a Right of Way—Albany Street, Patea, South Taranaki District
Pursuant to sections 20(1) and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the easement described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired over the land of Malandra Downs Limited ("Grantor") being the land described in the First Schedule to this notice for the purposes of a right of way easement in gross upon the terms and conditions set out in the Third Schedule to this notice and shall vest in the South Taranaki District Council as Grantee on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Second Schedule
Easement to be Acquired

Third Schedule
Easement Rights and Powers and Covenants
The easement shall contain the rights and powers implied in such easements by the Fourth Schedule to the Land Transfer Regulations 2002.

Land Acquired for Road—Charles Street, Marlborough District
Pursuant to sections 17 and 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Marlborough District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
