The purpose of the meeting is:

a. To review the report of the joint deed administrators in connection with the business, property, affairs and financial circumstances of the company.

b. To consider and, if thought fit, approve the remuneration of the joint deed administrators.

c. To consider any other business properly brought before the meeting.
