Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
John Trevor Whittfield, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by resolution of the shareholders on Monday 31 August 2015 at 5.00pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator hereby fixes 6 October 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, if not previously submitted, and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

Subsequent to the directors of the company filing a resolution with the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Act, stating that on appointment of a liquidator the company would be able to pay its debts, Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the company by special resolution of the shareholder on 28 August 2015 at 2.30pm.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidator of the company, I fix 24 September 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
