Pursuant to section 100ZA(2) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, the Minister for Primary Industries gives notice that he is satisfied that Onions New Zealand Incorporated meets the criteria in sections 100ZA(3), (4), (6), (7) and (9), and Onions New Zealand Incorporated represents the commercial onion growers sector for the purposes of Part 5A of the Biosecurity Act 1993.

Notice of Approval of Amendments to National Code of Practice for Utility Operators’ Access to Transport Corridors by the Minister of Finance Given Pursuant to Section 12 of the Utilities Access Act 2010

I give notice that on 19 August 2015, in accordance with section 16 of the Utilities Access Act 2010, I approved amendments to the National Code of Practice for Utility Operators’ Access to Transport Corridors (“the Code”) submitted to me by the New Zealand Utilities Advisory Group on 7 April 2015.

The Code revised to incorporate these amendments takes effect on 14 September 2015.

The Code is available on www.nzuag.org.nz or in hard copy from The Treasury, 1 The Terrace (PO Box 3724), Wellington.
