In the matter of the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal:

Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 (“the Act”), notice is hereby given that on 26 June 2015 the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, pursuant to section 242(1)(e) of the Act, that

be suspended from practice as a barrister or as a solicitor, or as both, for a period of four months commencing 26 June 2015.

as chairperson and member of the Takeovers Panel for a term commencing on 1 October 2015 and expiring on 30 September 2016; and
