will be removing the above-named companies from the Register on the grounds that the liquidators have completed their duties and the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act have been sent to the Registrar.
The liquidators will retain the accounts and records of the liquidations in accordance with section 256(1)(b) of the Act.
Any objections to the removals, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 30 September 2015.

Notification of Ordinary Rule
Pursuant to section 161(3) of the Land Transport Act 1998, notice is given of the making of Land Transport Rule: Vehicle Dimensions and Mass Amendment 2015 ("amendment Rule").
The amendment Rule will allow road controlling authorities to issue permits to urban buses that have seating for 60 or more passengers to operate on scheduled public transport routes identified by the relevant regional council or equivalent authority.
The permits allow those buses to operate at a higher loading capacity that exceeds the general mass limits for axle sets.
The amendment Rule will come into force on 1 October 2015.
The amendment Rule is available for inspection, free of charge, at the National Office of the NZ Transport Agency, 50 Victoria Street, Wellington, and at the NZ Transport Agency’s regional offices.
