Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land
In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage instrument 9252419.3 (Nelson Land Registry) ("the mortgage"):
Nelson Building Society ("the mortgagee") under the mortgage, hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 25 August 2015.
The mortgaged land is the property contained and described in Certificate of Title NL110/54, Nelson Land Registry and being the property at 178 Abel Tasman Drive, Takaka.
The address to which communications relating to the mortgaged land may be addressed is Nelson Building Society, c/o P. J. Bellamy, Whitby House, 90 Collingwood Street, Nelson 7010 (Attention: P. J. Bellamy).
