On 7 August 2015, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the company be liquidated and that Kim S. Thompson, insolvency practitioner of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator hereby fixes 7 September 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title that they may have to priority, under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 283(2) of the Companies Act 1993, Christopher Robert Ross Horton, insolvency practitioner of Chris Horton Associates Limited, was appointed liquidator of PROCESS LUBRICANTS LIMITED (in liquidation) on 20 August 2015 at 3.06pm.
The liquidation of the company commenced on 24 February 2015 as a solvent liquidation. Asset realisations have not achieved anticipated levels, resulting in a projected shortfall to creditors.
Accordingly, Stephanie Beth Jeffreys and Timothy Wilson Downes resigned as liquidators on 20 August 2015, pursuant to section 280(1)(ca) of the Companies Act 1993.
