Land Acquired for Road—191–197 Dominion Road, Mount Eden, Auckland
Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natalie Randrup, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Auckland Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(1)(a) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation to be known as the Rotomahana Parekarangi 6K 2B Tarawera Trail Māori Reservation, for the purpose of a public walkway known as the Tarawera Trail and carpark for the common use and benefit of the people of New Zealand.
