Notice Under the Animal Products Act 1999 (Notice No. MPI 518)
Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is given of the issue on 19 August 2015 of the Animal Products (National Microbiological Database Specifications) Notice 2015, which comes into force on 31 August 2015.
A copy of this notice may be inspected free of charge or purchased at a reasonable cost at the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Pastoral House, 25 The Terrace (PO Box 2526), Wellington.
The notice can also be viewed on the MPI food safety website

- Animal Products Regulated Control Scheme: Verification of Contaminants in Bee Products for Export, which comes into force on 31 August 2015; and
- Animal Products Notice: Contaminants Monitoring and Surveillance, which comes into force on 31 August 2015.
Copies of these notices may be inspected free of charge or purchased at a reasonable cost at the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Pastoral House, 25 The Terrace (PO Box 2526), Wellington.

Appointments to the Gambling Commission
Pursuant to section 221 of the Gambling Act 2003, His Excellency the Governor-General has appointed to the Gambling Commission
Graeme Leonard Reeves
as the Chief Gambling Commissioner, for a term of three years commencing on 1 September 2015 and concluding on 31 August 2018; and
Wendie Nicola Harvey
Russell Duncan Bell
as Gambling Commissioners, for a term of three years commencing on 1 September 2015 and concluding on 31 August 2018.
