RCBW LIMITED and REALTY SERVICES HOLDINGS LIMITED
Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Notice is hereby given, under section 221 of the Companies Act 1993, that the boards of directors of RCBW LIMITED and REALTY SERVICES HOLDINGS LIMITED have resolved to amalgamate, with RCBW LIMITED becoming the amalgamated company, renamed REALTY SERVICES HOLDINGS LIMITED.
Further, all rights, obligations and liabilities owing by or to the amalgamating companies will, upon amalgamation, be transferred to the amalgamated company.
The date of the proposed amalgamation is 1 October 2015 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice).
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of the amalgamating companies or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies during normal business hours.
Any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to an amalgamating company.
The registered office for each amalgamating company is care of Staples Rodway Tauranga Limited, Level 1, 247 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3110.

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
I, James Stewart Murray, liquidator of the above-named company, whose registered office is situated at Level 1, 178 Hibiscus Highway, Orewa, Auckland 0932, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove this company from the Register.
Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 14 September 2015.

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar will be removing the above-named company from the Register on the grounds that the liquidator has completed his duties.
The liquidator has delivered the documents referred to in section 257 of the Companies Act 1993 to the Registrar.
Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies by 30 September 2015.
