Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993
Iain Bruce Shephard and Heath Leslie Gair were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company, pursuant to a special resolution of the shareholders, under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 18 August 2015 at 7.05am.
The liquidators of the above-named company fix 26 September 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, if not previously submitted, and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Hamish John Pryde, of CS Insolvency, a division of Coombe Smith (PN) Limited, Chartered Accountants, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company, pursuant to section 241(2)(a), on 18 August 2015 at 11.00am.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 24 September 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date declared may be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
