Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

Pursuant to Regulation 12(2) of the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994

Notice is hereby given that the liquidator of the above-named company hereby fixes 31 August 2015 as the last day for creditors to lodge their claims with the liquidator and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not lodged a claim or established priority by the date hereby fixed shall be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claim is lodged and those creditors may not object to that distribution.

Any creditor of the company who has not received a creditor’s claim form should contact the liquidator.

The boards of DYNAMO MEDIA LIMITED and DYNAMO MEDIA (2015) LIMITED give notice of the proposed amalgamation of those companies.

DYNAMO MEDIA (2015) LIMITED will continue as the amalgamated company.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of the company or any person to whom the company is under an obligation at the registered offices of the amalgamated companies, being Level 2, 14 Normanby Road, Mount Eden, Auckland 1024.

Any shareholder or any creditor of the amalgamated companies or any person to whom one of the amalgamated companies are under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to the amalgamated companies at the registered offices of the amalgamated companies above.
