Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land
In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of Mortgage Instrument 8857417.1, Certificate of Title Identifier WN26D/181, Wellington Land Registry ("the mortgage"):
To: Paul Lionel Baylis (as executor of the estate of Kathleen Ena Baylis).
Basecorp Finance Limited, the mortgagee under the above mortgage registered against the property at 10A Niblett Street, Wanganui, hereby gives notice that it entered into possession of the land described above on Thursday 13 August 2015.
Communications relating to the mortgaged land may be addressed to Evans Bailey, Lawyers, PO Box 19149, Hamilton 3244.

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that, consequent on the dissolution on 6 August 2015 of the above-named incorporated society, its surplus assets, being $8,973.13 together with $20,325.48 that forms the Chica Dusk Gilmer bequest, and all interest thereon, and the Alumni trophy be vested in Tauranga Girls’ College Board of Trustees at Tauranga.
This direction shall become final on 11 September 2015.
No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.
