Rhys Cain, insolvency practitioner of Christchurch, and Rees Logan, chartered accountant of Auckland, were appointed liquidators of ECR TRADING LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 14 August 2015 at 11.16am.
We fix 14 September 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors
No meeting of creditors will be held.
In accordance with section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator dispenses with the requirement to call a meeting on the basis that there will be less than 20 cents in the dollar distribution to unsecured creditors, and it would cause expense and serve no useful purpose.
A creditor holding a contrary view should notify the liquidator within 10 working days of publication of this notice.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidator has fixed 30 September 2015 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at that date, and a distribution is declared, will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
