Explanatory Note
On 31 July 2015, the Medical Council of New Zealand published in a Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette a Schedule of fees payable to the Council from 1 September 2015. That Schedule contained two fees that had been included in error. The effect of this amendment is to remove those two fees.
The Notice of Fees Payable to the Medical Council From 1 September 2015 published in the New Zealand Gazette on 31 July 2015 is not revoked or otherwise affected. As the two fees were not intended to take effect
