Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is given of the issue on 11 August 2015 of the Animal Products RCS: Hormonal Growth Promotants, which comes into force on 13 August 2015.

A copy of this notice may be inspected free of charge or purchased at a reasonable cost at the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, 25 The Terrace, PO Box 2526, Wellington.

Appointments to the New Zealand Blood Service

Pursuant to the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000 and the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Health has appointed

Ian Ronald Ward

as a member of the New Zealand Blood Service for a term of office commencing on 14 August 2015 and ending on 18 August 2017; and appointed

David Wright

as deputy chairperson and member of the New Zealand Blood Service for a term of office commencing on 14 August 2015 and ending on 30 September 2015.
